How to complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

If you want to return a product, please read our Returns Policy. Products cannot be returned if they do not meet the requirements of the Returns Policy. Shipping charges for returns are solely the customer's responsibility.

If after reading the policy, you believe you qualify for a return, email the following information to info@wholesaledirectsupply.com:

1)    The reason you want to return the product

2)    Your order number

3)    The email address you used when placing your order

4)    The product you want to return

5)    Your first and last name

6)    The address you want to ship the return from

Our returns department will review your request for an RMA and determine if you meet the requirements of our Returns Policy. If an RMA is approved, you will receive an email containing specific instructions for returning your product.
