Returns Policy
Return Policies and Conditions
By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policy.
Returns Must Meet All Applicable Criteria
If your returned product does not meet all applicable criteria, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. Consequently, any RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled.
Returns Must be CompleteIf your return is not complete, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. All returns must include the following: Original packaging (i.e. manufacturer's box, packing materials, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.) Original intact UPC barcode, if one exists. Do not cut out the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). See RMA Conditions, below. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. All accessories (i.e. screws, bolts, brackets, washers, electrical connectors, tubing, fittings, etc.) All documentation (i.e. manufacturer documents, manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
Basic Return PolicyYou have 30 days from the date your product was delivered to request an RMA from our website. Once you recieve an authorized RMA, you have 14 days to get your product in the possession of the shipper to be returned to us (along with the valid RMA). If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned products, unless the products are defective. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay return shipping fees. Returns must be shipped via the shipper and shipping method we specify upon approving your RMA. The Special Return Policy applies to many products we sell. Read the policy below to see if products you purchase are affected.
RMA ConditionsReturn Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned.
RMAs are valid only within the timeline specified in the Basic Return Policy or the timelines specified in the Special Return Policies above, whichever is shorter. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.
In some cases, we will issue a “call tag” and the shipper will come to you to pick up the product. In most cases, we will not and you will have to take your return to an authorized facility such as a United States Postal Office.
After the Return is Received at the WarehousePlease allow up to fourteen days for your return to be shipped to our Returns Warehouse, depending on the shipper. Please also allow approximately three days to process your return after it has arrived at our Returns Warehouse.
Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a refund or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a refund, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.
